  10.   This is one of the many LHA file compression/extraction utilities. I've
  11. included all features that I thought will make it useful.
  12.   There are many utitilies using UNLHA.DLL, but I think this is the only
  13. one including the source code. (I just might not know about them.) You are
  14. welcomed to modify the code for your personal use.
  15.   When VB4.0 comes out, I'm planning to recompile it so long file names could
  16. be used. I've made the interface to look good when it is run on Windows95.

  43. Installation ****************************************************************
  44.   If UNLHA.DLL and VBRUN300.DLL files are not already copied to
  45. \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory, copy them there. Execute VBDELHA.EXE.
  46. UNLHA.DLL is available from http://www.bekkoame.or.jp/~h_ozawa/
  47. VBRUN300.DLL is available from most ftp sites.
  48.   It is recommended to associate LZH to VBDELHA.EXE so that file with LZH
  49. extension will be opened up by VB De LHA.

  51. Uninstallation **************************************************************
  52.   Copy all files included with VBDLH02.LZH files you've extracted. VB De LHA
  53. also creates NIIYAMA.INI file in the \WINDOWS directory when it is executed.
  54. Delete this file.

  57.  VB De UNLHA may be freely distributed if the following conditions are
  58. obeyed: 
  59.     1. If it is to be copied to another forum or to another distribution
  60.        channel, please contact the developer to let us know exactly
